The students of the Progress Unit had a fun filled and energising experience while participating in the indoor Rowing Competition at the Charter School in Dulwich on Thursday 28 January.
Our young people showed an incredible effort to overcome nerves, demonstrating a competitive spirit and making a hugely positive contribution to the day and to the reputation of Conisborough College.
Throughout the day Progress students showed excellent support towards each other and strong relationships with other mainstream students. The key rowers were Alicia and Michael for the fastest girl and boy within the group.
"It was a great day because we showed good team work and we tried our best. We were happy when we did well in the relay." Progress Unit
