Paris Madrid and Essex
Back in January 2012, Year 9 Language students visited the Europa Centre, in Essex. Some students were sceptical at first, given that the 45-minute coach ride towards what can only be described as an abandoned looking school building. The students were in for a pleasant surprise once inside.

On Friday 17 June, Ms McCreadie, Ms Richardson and 16 of the Year 10 Spanish GCSE group battled through the rain to go to “El Patio”, a Spanish tapas restaurant in Bromley. We had a real feast and ate a selection of tapas, including paella, albondigas, pan de ajo and croquetas. We ate it ‘Spanish style’ with small plates, sharing it all together. Afterwards, the charm of the students led a customer in the restaurant to buy everyone a special Spanish ice cream!
