What time should my child arrive at school and when will they be coming home?

Early Arrivals: Any student arriving on site between 7:30am-8:10am for breakfast or early learning must sign in at reception – the front gates by reception will be closed at 8:10am.

The back gates will open to students at 8:15am

All students are expected to be lined up in the playground by 8:35am. Late Gate starts at 8:40am.

The school day ends at 3:10pm. After school clubs run until 5:15pm at the latest.

Where should I drop off or pick up my child?

In the morning students can enter the school via the Conisborough Crescent entrance until 8:10am. Students can enter the Forster Park entrance between 8:15am – 8:40am

At the end of the school day students exit via the Forster Park exit. If your child attends a later after school club, they will be escorted off the premises via the Conisborough Crescent exit.

What should I do if my child needs to leave school early one day for a medical appointment?

Evidence of a medical appointment will need to be produced, accompanied by a note with a signature from a parent/carer. Once this evidence has been shown to your child’s Head of Year, they will complete an exit slip for your child and this absence will be authorised.

Who should I contact if I have a query or concern about my child?
Your child’s Head of Year should be the first port of call for queries about their progress and how they are settling in at Conisborough. E-mailing is often the best way to get in touch with them.

If you have any queries and are unsure about where to direct you query please contact reception using the contact form or call  020 8461 9600 and staff will be happy to help.

Where can I find out about dates of school events and holidays?

The school calendar page and upcoming events page on this website lists all school events and term dates for the academic year. If you would like a printed copy please ask reception for one.

What should I do if I need to get a message to my child during the school day?

Please contact the school reception and we will ensure that the message is passed on to your child.

How will I find out about my child's progress?

A report will be sent home with your child three times a year with information on your child’s progress, effort and behaviour as well as attendance and punctuality. There are two parents evenings each year for Years 7 and 11 and one parents evening for Years 8-10. Please note there will also be an additional Options Evening for Year 9.
