Y6-7 Transition

Welcome to Conisborough College

On behalf of all the staff and students at Conisborough College, we are delighted to welcome all of our new year 7 students and families.  We are thrilled to have you as part of the Conisborough College community.

The transition from primary to secondary school can be a daunting prospect for young people, but also an exciting one.  We aim to make this transition as smooth and stress-free as possible.  We have lots planned in the upcoming month to enable us to get to know each other and to ensure that all your questions are answered.

Key Dates for 2026

Monday 2 March 2026 - Parents who have applied for a place at Conisborough College in Year 7 will receive an email from eAdmissions on this day.

Monday 16 March 2026 - Deadline for accepting your offer -
If you applied via the eAdmissions website you must accept the offer online - you should keep a record of your login details

Friday 13 March - Additional Open Morning 9am-9:30am - for those that have not visited before.
Friday 20 March - Additional Open Morning 9am-9:30am - for those that have not visited before.

Tuesday 9 June 2026 - Transition Evening - You will be invited to an introductory 1-2-1 meeting for every individual student and their family.
SURNAME: A-M - 4-5pm
SURNAME: N-Z - 5-6pm

Tuesday 7 July 2026 - Transition Day (students only) New Year 7 students spend the day at Conisborough College. Invitations will be sent out in March 2026.

Year 7 Uniform September 2026

Our 2026 Year 7 cohort will be the first to wear our brand new school uniform. Parents and carers will receive full details of what to buy in due course.

Please note that students in older year groups do not need to buy new uniform.
