Y6-7 Transition

On behalf of all the staff and students at Conisborough College, we are delighted to welcome all of our new year 7 students and families joining us in September 2025.  We hope that you are looking forward to being part of the Conisborough College community. 

The transition from primary to secondary school can be a daunting prospect for young people, but also an exciting one.  We aim to make this transition as smooth and stress-free as possible.  We have lots planned in the upcoming month to enable us to get to know each other and to ensure that all your questions are answered.

• Friday 25 April – Secondary Transfer Morning for 2025 intake 9:00-9:30am 
• Friday 2 May – Secondary Transfer Morning for 2025 intake 9:00-9:30am 
• Friday 23 May – Enrolment Booklet Return – please return to reception with ID. 
• Thursday 5 June – 4pm – 6pm – Welcome Evening – new families 1-1 transition meetings 
• Tuesday 1 July – 8am – 2:30pm – Taster Day – students only
