Reporting Absence

In the event of absence, please provide the following information:

• Child’s full name
• Child’s tutor group
• Reason for absence – Please specify illness (not just unwell)
• Expected day of return to school
• Your relationship to the student

Please make contact before 8:15am on the day your child is absent and EVERY subsequent day or you may get a text from the school.

• Parents have a duty to ensure their child’s regular attendance at school and failure to do so is an offence under section 444-1 of the Education Act 1996.
